MX check

Checks that the domain publishes at least one MX record and that it resolves to a real host. This is independent of DMARC entirely — a domain can have perfect DMARC/SPF/DKIM and still be unable to receive mail if MX is broken, or conversely may deliberately have no MX at all if it never receives mail (see non-sending domains).
